i am a food dispatcher. in my professional life i am dealing with customer and delivery drivers regarding orders .  here are some  example of my work responsibilities 

• Answered nearly 100+ calls daily from customers inquiring about product usage, billing issues, or general company information.
• Prepare orders for the customers
• Develop and maintain a professional but paternal relationship with each driver in order to ensure his/her needs are being met by the company.
• Communicate timely and effectively with customers to ensure a high level of service.
• Review all phone orders, and process and distribute according to a terminal procedure.
• Responsible for timely and efficient movement of deliveries
• Enter order information into the system and prepare delivery memos for each item.
• Review documentation to ensure proper delivery.
• Provide documentation and communicate to drivers all pertinent information for a scheduled orders
• Dispatching of, when its well checked, as per custormer ordered
