Hi Sir/ Madam, 

I'm Manu, a Project Engineer with 6 years experience, out of which last 4 years has been with an Interior Fitout company in UAE. My role in previous company included overall project co-ordination, site execution with maximum quality under proper health and safety conditions within the stipulated time frame and cost.

My area of expertise is co-ordination of  MEP and Interior fitout works and its aesthetics(Gypsum carpentry-partitions and cielings; False cielings ; Painting works ; Glass doors and partitions)

 I was also responsible for Electrical system design, carrying out Cold and live tests, FAT and SAT tests, Chilled water flushing, Air balancing,  setting out plan at site, meeting with client with site progress reports. I was also in charge of routine and emergency maintenance works across various units of our client for ensuring smooth running.

 I was working as Project Engineer (INTERIOR FITOUT) at Silvertech Electromechanical Projects LLC from Nov 2017 to June 2021. My roles included :-

  PROJECT SCHEDULING, PRE-PLANNING. MATERIAL ESTIMATION, LABOUR MANAGEMENT

  PREPARATION OF ELECTRICAL LOAD SCHEDULES, LIGHTING AND POWER DRAWINGS  CONDUCTING COLD AND LIVE TESTS, FAT AND SAT, AIR BALANCING

  SUPERVISION AND CO-ORDINATION OF MEP AND CIVIL WORKS AT SITE TO ATTAIN DESIRED QUALITY

  CARRYING OUT INTERIOR WORKS – GYPSUM, GRID CEILINGS, RAFTERS, WALL AND FLOOR TILING, PAINTING

  WEEKLY MEETINGS WITH CLIENT AND CONSULTANT REGARDING PROJECT STATUS  ENSURING PROJECT COMPLETION AND HANDOVER WITHIN STIPULATED TIME

  ENSURING HEALTH AND SAFETY WORK PRACTICES AT SITE

Worked as Substation Operator at KSEB, Kochi from Dec 2015 to Jan 2017.

Worked as Electrical Engineer at Supreme Electrical Engineering Pvt Ltd from Nov 2011 to Oct 2012
