o Writes initial assessments on communication skills, commitment, personality, and relevancy of candidate’s experience to ensure they are suited to fill the position
o Coordinates between the candidates and the client to determine a suitable date and time to schedule interviews ensuring that candidates are clear about the position and location of the interview.
