I’m writing this, in response to the position of Restaurant Manager being advertised. I believe my past experience makes me the perfect applicant for this position and I would like to provide with a brief recap of my work experience. With more than 10 years experiences as a restaurant manager, I am adept in cost control, revenue generation and team development. Driving substantial business development and revenue increases through creative marketing ideas, proactive cost control strategies and most of that is meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
