Experience

I’ve worked in different roles over the years, mostly in admin, customer service, and logistics. I first started as an English teacher, which helped me improve my communication and planning skills. Then I moved into customer service, where I was leading a team and helping hundreds of customers every day.

Later, I started my own courier company, so I was managing everything—from operations and finance to customer satisfaction. After that, I worked as a Branch Manager at another courier company, where I managed a team, improved delivery times, and made sure customers were happy.

Now I’m working in admin in a trading company here in Dubai, and I’m really looking to grow in my career and be part of a team where I can use my experience to help the company succeed.

 

Education

I have a Bachelor's degree in English Translation, which I completed in Iran between 2007 and 2012. This background helped me build strong language, communication, and analytical skills, which have supported my work in customer service, administration, and team coordination.
