Primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
- Controlling the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
- Checking and verify systems transactions/operations (POS, discounts, staff meals, settlements, lost postings, pricing…etc.)
- Conducting surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.

- Responsible for restaurant Count, weigh or measure items of incoming orders in order to verify information against invoices, orders , bills or other records
- Coordinating with management for cycle count issues on a timely basis
- Responsible for monthly F&B Report for management review.
- Sorting, counting, identifying, verifying and tracking all material against invoices, orders, bills or other records.
- Ensure that all documents and material received in the stores or directly delivered to operation are of satisfactory quality
- Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the stores
- Preparing variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.

- Developing and documenting standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
- Supervising the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
