With over 20 years of experience in quality, education, and management, I have developed a strong expertise in quality, governance, strategic planning, risk management and succession planning.
I have worked in the Middle East for 20 years, including 15 years in the UAE, where I have held various clinical, education, and leadership roles in both public and private sectors. I have also presented at several international conferences and published in a peer-reviewed journal. I am passionate about advancing the field of healthcare quality and education, and I am looking for new opportunities that can leverage my skills and experience

I have 5 degrees, 2 Masters degrees; Masters Nursing, Masters Organizational leadership. 2 Graduate Diplomas; Education and Critical Care Nursing. 1 Undergraduate Bachelors degree in Nursing. I just completed my exam for CPHQ and awaiting the results.
