I introduce myself as an Enterprise Architect, with a successful career trajectory of 2 decades in blending enterprise viewpoints and strategy to provide architectures and solutions that are transformational, effective, scalable, adaptive, and replicable. I bring to the table excellence in Digital transformation, BSS/OSS transformation, CRM, Retail Transformation, Hybrid cloud Architecture and Operating Models. I showcase stellar skills in establishing and developing Enterprise Architecture capability within organization as Leader and technology expert. 

My practical exposure has inculcated in me abilities to integrate technology with enterprise-grade E2E solutions spanning multiple domains and systems in alignment with the vision and technological roadmap of the organization and the client. A major chunk of my work includes leading architecture and end to end solutions for transformation projects, architecture engagements with renowned consultancies like Gartner, TMForum, McKinsey, as well as companies that develop products such as Microsoft, HP, Oracle, IBM, SAP, AMDOCs, NEC, Huawei etc. Additionally, I demonstrate capabilities in providing an original perspective for the future system landscape and strategy for digital capabilities. 

I am deft at leading Digital Transformation right from requirement analysis, Architecture Finalization, System Design, finalizing the MVP, rollout strategy, phased approach, effort estimation. Additionally, I am skilled in developing and establishing Operating Models & Technology Guidelines for Adopting Technology Domains such as Hyperscaler adoption, Containerization, Micro Services, Telecom Order Management and Service Orchestration, Business Process Automation etc..

I am widely known as the People’s leader, inspiring teams to reach peak-performance levels by mentoring staff along with accustoming a culture of warmth and effective communication. Manager - IT Transformation Enterprise Architecture | Etisalat Telecommunications | Mar. 2007 – Present

Within the scope of my present role, I play an integral part of the core team responsible for establishing enterprise architecture practice with focus on Application and Technology Architecture. I spearhead the architecture development and implementation of IT architecture & transformation roadmaps for business, applications & technology. I harmonize with the cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales, MKT, Finance & Senior Management to steer the development of the IT & Technology roadmaps. 

In addition, I customize the architecture and end-to-end solution for key transformation projects by networking with the business teams and solution architects. I competently steer solution across BSS/OSS domain for several strategic projects to productize SDWAN, UCaaS solutions, digital transformation of the retail sales, Financial Reporting Solutions etc. 

I am also accountable for superintending E2E solution team for driving the solutions for the IT transformation projects along with managing design, solution delivery & operations for in-house BSS and OSS stack. My role requires to blend technical acumen with the soft skills needed to build trust, tackle challenges with a calm-under-pressure approach, and inspire teams to reach peak performance levels. I demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
