Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate to ensure inquiries meet contract documents

2. Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.

3. Provide clear detailed quantity take-offs.

4. Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner

for design-build, construction formatted projects.

5. Provide and maintain unit pricing and database for material costing.

6. Collaborate with the project team for Design progress and finalization.

7. Prepare shop drawings for kitchen, vanities, wardrobes, doors, and as-built drawings

for Clients / Consultant’s approval.

8. Maintain and build relationships with the project team, field personnel, Contractor and

Consultants.

 ADCO – NEB Infrastructure Extension - (PIVOT)
