Facilities Management Experience
 Maintain the entire facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical equipment-chillers, boilers, water softeners, and refrigeration equipment; electrical, HVAC systems, Swimming Pool, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
