  • IT Strategy :
    Supervising a team of 4 IT experts: Network, Infrastructure deployement, Mobility and Security
    Talent management, creation of a skill matrix to identify developement opportunities
    Responsible for IT department supporting 1000+ users France-wide and 39 Microsoft Windows servers
    Financial management by owning IT suppliers relationship including costs management and service delivery
    (CapEX/OpEX related to IT)
    Development of the IT Risk Management in alignment with the business strategy
    Stakeholder management for multiple EU projects
    Verifying all IT infrastructure solutions are in accordance with GDPR and EU laws
    Ensuring SLAs are respected for all projects

    Future Payement Program – Refreshing all payement devices with new Lane3000 Ingenico devices

    Data migration from local server to EU Datacenter
