Account Servicing: Mainly dealing with Motor Insurance, both Retail and Fleet Accounts (New Business and Renewal) Assists the team in sending renewals of other general lines including PAR, TPL, CPM, WC/EL, Marine, Travel, Home & Jewelry Block Receives enquiry from the client with required information and documents, finds out any gaps in cover and provides solutions based on their requirement and updates the information in Praktora Underwrites Motor Insurance risks Generates / Designs the Broking slip as per client’s requirement Continued negotiation on the best terms, conditions as well as company’s brokerage Prepares comparative quotation and calculation on the basis of Insurance company quotation and provide recommendation to client in fair manner Account Servicing Follows up and takes acceptance on quotation and prepares Cover Note Sends all the documents required by the Insurance company to issue policy documents Meeting the insurance companies and building good rapport Support the marketing team to achieve conversion of new inquiries and retention of existing businesses. Monitors expiring policies 60 days prior to expiry

Motor and Workmen Compensation Claims:

Ensure completeness of insurance claim documents i.e. policy number, date and place of accident, nature of accident, extent of damage, circumstances of the accident; endorses claim to Insurer’s Claims Processing Unit Assists the client to the insurer and to any accredited insurers garage / dealer Ensure fast approval on the vehicle repair Resolve any issues that might come up between the client, insurer and the garage Regularly follow-up claim statement Maintain accurate records / files for each claim and client

Other Job Functions:

Assists the team in handling Jewelry Block and Marine declaration of specific VIP Client Assists the Senior Technical Manager in handing renewal of other products (general) lines Handles customer complaint and resolves them in timely manner Follows up for getting policy in timely manner as per the turnaround time Enters/booked the confirmed businesses in the system (Praktora) and monitored insurance compliance documents such as KYC, valid IDs and all other required information Ensures acknowledgment is taken from client and insurance company for all the documents sent to them Assists Finance in collecting premiums from the client
