Nazly Elkholy

Financial Professional with 12+ years of experience in financial markets, asset management, market research and analysis, and risk management. She joined the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) in 2010 to purse a career that combines her passion for public service and finance and took various roles in risk management, external management, and portfolio management in the Reserves Management Unit (RMU) at the CBE which deepened her skills and knowledge of the whole investment process.

Her last role was heading the team responsible for managing the CBE’s fixed income portfolios and diversification portfolios. She played a pivotal role in testing and introducing new investment instruments as well as building capacity and knowledge transfer within the Reserves Management Unit. She was  also part of the Structured Products and Funding Solutions team and worked on negotiating the technical terms of funding deals that played a pivotal role in Egypt’s reform program and gained international recognition.

She was selected to be among the first cohort for Worldbank- Milken Public Financial Asset Management Program at Bayes Business School.
