Head of Customer Engagement, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt – Dubai, UAE

Bringing customers and consumers closer to the Property Finder brand by designing and executing a strong engagement calendar for B2B audiences with a particular focus on events, webinars, and digital content. 

  • Established client engagement strategy from the ground up for B2B clients in the UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain markets.
  • Launched 7 new engagement initiatives tailored to 4 different personas across 4 customer tiers (low and high net worth clients).
  • Managed and controlled a 4 million$ B2B engagement department budget across all markets. • Led and executed 43 bespoke in-house events, reaching 4,000 clients, which received, on average, above 90% satisfaction rating and attendance.
  • Devised a tailored content strategy for events to position Property Finder as a thought leader in the real estate market, along with communication and engagement tactics aligned with the customer journey; these include on-ground event content and agendas, landing pages, emailers, and social media campaigns, to maximize ROI on products and services. 
  • Trained marketing team members across markets to scale and adapt engagement plans across all markets.
  • Collaborated closely with internal stakeholders which include c-suite and head of departments through regular meetings and reporting for mutual alignment of business objectives, increase product adoption, and obtain feedback to increase customer satisfaction and impact ROI.
  • Created a gifting and merchandise strategy aligned with yearly events calendar for each tier of B2B clients.

  • Deployed a SaaS event management tool, Samaaro, to streamline internal event planning process and client communication.
  • Negotiated with vendors and sponsors, resulting on average a 10% yearly savings.
  • Achieved 3,000 one-to-one customer interactions, generating a 20% increase in customer retention.

Canon Middle East 

B2B Marketing & Events Specialist, Middle East – Dubai, UAE 

Managed large-scale exhibitions and events across the Middle East and Pan Europe to promote Canon B2B products and solutions, while also creating lead generation campaigns across digital channels for direct operations and partners, focusing on effective content and messaging for customers.

  • Managed and led marketing activities and events calendar for 3 B2B product divisions (IPS, DS, BIS) across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, Oman, Jordan and Lebanon, executing about 20 events per year.
  • Designed the full content strategy across marketing activities such as website, social media, emailers, partner marketing collateral, on-ground events, and case study videos to improve customer journey and mapping.
  • Managed yearly B2B marketing budget of 1.8 million$.
  • Pivoted the marketing strategy during the pandemic to leverage digital platforms, ensuring continued engagement and reach for product launches and lead generation campaigns. 
  • Led PR activities to expand brand exposure and coverage by collaborating with media partners on activities such as media round tables and on ground media coverage.

  • Achieved average annual savings of USD 150K through effective vendor negotiations.
