I have the experience of successfully running all IB MYP for 7 years. I also boast of CAT-2 and CAT-3 training received in science, from IB. I have also successfully completed the UAE licensing program for Cycle 3.

Going a little further into MYP, I have headed the lower MYP Science team for three years 2016- 19, creating and updating Unit plans and creating outstanding lesson plans on One note. I then took on the role of creating lessons and updating unit plans and introducing SERVICE and ACTION opportunities for Year 9 for the past two years. Giving students multiple opportunities through mock tests that made e-assessments less stressful for the students. All along, I have also had a batch of students completing their Year 11 IBMYP exams to a high result (7) attainment. New students also attained a high 6 in their IBMYP Y11 exam. 

Additionally, I have been part of designing and creating IDU lessons last year between three departments and in the past- creating GRASPS tasks. I have also made the scope and sequence to help with Horizontal and vertical planning for middle years. I have enjoyed experience handling all segments of MYP and DP programs. Most recently I have been awarded the IDU examiner position from the IBORG.

I held the post of college representative from the Department of Biotechnology to hold toles within the organisation team of GRD college programs. 
Project Undertaken was the first of its kind- Human DNA fingerprinting using VNTR probes within the GRD college. 
Training and seminars included the opportunity at southern petrochemical Industries corporation  (SPIC), Chennai.

The course essentially entailed Molecular genetics, Microbiology and Immunology, Biochemistry and Biophysics. This then was taken into further depth through units in Molecular and developmental; Biology, Enzymology, Biology of cloning vectors and lab techniques in plant cell and tissue culture techniques and development of transgenics. Modules on Advanced recombinant DNA technology and Microbial Biotechnology; immuno-technology and bioinformatics was challenging and rewarding.

It was such a positive learning experience to successfully complete the modules of the PGCE program in Leadership Change and Organisational development; and reflecting upon leadership within the IB pathway. It has now opened doors to leadership opportunities within the IB.

Learning experience in Mar-Ivanios College was incredibly inspiring with stalwart professors who till date are in my closest network as they continue to guide and mentor. The leadership opportunities presented as member of the college union is what set the foundation of an official platform to lead the batch of 2001. The creativity that comes from being a Master of Ceremonies as the official host of the popular Ivano-fest was rewarding. Choreographing a dance, designing costumes and set is an exhilarating and gratifying experience with moments of joy, echoed and amplified by large regional and state audiences of the Mathrubhumi Kalotsavam 2001 with over 30 colleges, from the state of Kerala, for two years.
