Flutter Developer, Innovent Integrated Solutions/WioT360 

August/2021  to present – Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Developer on Wathiq School Transportation mobile apps, which includes Supervisor, Parent, and Admin mobile Flutter apps. The system serves the majority of schools across the UAE.
• Worked on Fleet Management System which includes Driver App and Admin app, both of which are built with Flutter.
• Developed a Flutter UAE Pass plugin for internal use.
• Set up a CI/CD pipeline for our apps using Fastlane and integrated it with GitHub actions to deploy to both Google Play and the App Store
• Develop features around biometric authentication, both through Android / iOS APIs and manual enrollment using third-party hardware.
• Worked on various map and location-related features; Including navigation, distance calculation, and more.
• Conduct productive Code Reviews that balance quality and efficiency.
• Set up the mobile teams’ Git strategy, using a variation of Git Flow that improved our flexibility.

Application Development Lead (Android), Interface 

April/2020  to August/2021  - Khartoum, Sudan

• Lead a small mobile team working on multiple projects while acting as the bridge between the developers and management.
• Developed a Pharmacy management app that allowed owners to join Dawana, a system that was developed to help users reach pharmacies with scarce medicine.
• Interact directly with clients about projects that I or the rest of the team are working on.
• Was responsible for choices regarding the company's mobile stack. During my stay, we transitioned away from Java to Kotlin on Android and planned out using Flutter on future projects.

Flutter Developer, Rika - Jun/2020  to April/2021 – Japan - Remote: 

• Work part-time as the leading Developer on the Rika app, an E-Commerce Flutter App with chatting functionality. The app makes use of multiple Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, and Notifications

Android Developer, NCTR- Feb/2015 to April/2020 - Khartoum, Sudan

• One of the developers of The Android app for the E15 government project. The Sudanese government uses E15 for payment collection of citizens facing Services. E15 has over 50,000 users and processes over 200 million transactions monthly.
• Worked on features like receipt issuance, thermal printing, and a custom SMS communication stack for areas with internet issues.
• Worked on NCTR Takaful for Android, a medical insurance coverage app with offline capabilities.
• Lead Developer on Wafer app, an FMS (Fuel Management System) for the Sudanese government. 
• Developed Wafer with an MVP architecture, and was responsible for the data layer which serves the app from three different sources/modes (offline, internet, and through SMS). The repository switches seamlessly between the different modes depending on the app's state.
