I'm Mohamed Abdul Razak from india I was completed diploma in petrochemical engineering since 2019 even I have have an three experience in this field.

Maintain Batch manufacturing record (BMR)&Batch process control record (BPCR).
DCS operation and  PLC Operation Supervisor, shift handling supervisor.
Process units in production department filtration, drying, solvent recovery, hydrogenation, cyanation and packing.
Where the equipment handled are distillation, reactors, mixing vessels, filter, dryer, heat exchangers, condensers, storage tank, and different types of pumps, vacuum pumps, cooling towers, and compressor .
Well experience in effluent treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, zero discharge plant.
Running the operations safe and secure by following the manuals and SOP for the process units.
Implementing the safe work permit procedure in hot, cold, height, confined space entry, excavation jobs.
 

I'm a junior officer production in the plant.

My company name is sanmar speciality chemicals division of chemplast sanmar and I was worked here two years and I went to another company that name is hikal pharmaceutical industry,my designation is junior officer.

My work is 

Manufacturing chemical using unit process and operator methods.

I was completed my degree in DIRECTORATE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION (DOTE) in India
