•Providing emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times, such as death or serious illness

•Monitoring patient vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, temperature, and weight on a frequent basis to ensure they are within normal limits

•Monitoring the child’s progress and communicating with other health care professionals regarding treatment plans and patient progress

•Monitoring patient vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, temperature, and weight on a frequent basis to ensure they are within normal limits.

•Performing physical examinations on patients, including listening to lungs with a stethoscope and checking pulses in arms and legs.

•Monitoring the infant’s feeding schedule, administering feeding through a tube that has been inserted into the stomach through the navel, and changing diapers as needed.

•Assess the ventilated patient for adequate gas exchange, signs and symptoms of hypoxia, and response to treatment.

•Pain assessment to follow up patient complain.
