- Responding to all correspondence related to PDA issuing and clarification with the correct tariff.

- Monitoring day-to-day shipping department financial operations, including PDA advance, crew change, and husbandry services invoicing.

- Ensuring all internal and external invoices are issued with the correct tariff.

- Responding to FDA clarifications and requesting supplier invoices and discounts via the ERP system.

- Preparing SOAs and following up on receipts of funds from principals/clients.

- Handling petty cash for day-to-day shipping operations.
