As a Client relationship Manager, I manage Sales, Marketing, Customer service, and Retention for Small and medium enterprises under Kanoo umbrella. I have 50companies in my current portfolio. I am responsible for their CRM administration, operations, support to enterprises by ensuring a clear set of guidelines are in place to manage the expectation.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with intermediate Russian skills, I leverage my expertise to deliver exceptional service, resolve client issues efficiently, and drive growth through strategic client engagement.
