• Boarding vessels to supervise operations and to finish all  needed documentations with Captains at port said East and west terminals  Dealing with Custom and Suez canal authority ,delivering port clearance ,making report of flight
• coordinating  and guiding vessels when to arrive to parallel line in anchorage area to pass Suez canal avoiding surcharges 
• Sending reports to higher managers and reporting in event manager MSC system , data entry to MTS 
• parcels delivery with carriers on board and off board
• preparing vessels financial estimations fees for passing Suez Canal 
• reviewing Balance of MSC account in Suez canal with accounting Department 
• Sending notifications for port control regarding tugs and add dues 
• Making E booking on Suez Canal official website
• Arranging crew and passenger change shore leaves ,making ok to board , guarantee letters , arranging formalities with immigration  
• Booking hotels , resorts, limousine service, Air flights
• Knowladage of import and export Excutive and cordinatinig   
• Co-ordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports & exports for the company.
• Performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit in the consignment data base.
• Liaises with Finance Department for opening Letters of Credit, transfers, and Bank Delivery Order for shipment covered 
• Authorizes Freight forwarders to clear the goods in case of direct shipments.
• Obtain short lading certificate from Customs Authority.
• Files Insurance claims and follows up for payments/credit note with the insurance company.
• Obtains all attested legal documents necessary for exports from Port Said Chamber of commerce and industry.

• Knowledge of cargo handling on KASP 
• General cargo planning
