• Developing  internal  and  external  relationships  using  formal  and  informal channels  to  liaise  with  appropriate  authorities  to resolve any problems or matters concerning the Company, its operations, or employees, including police  matters
• Acting as an ambassador for the department and company ensuring that business visas to other countries are obtained from foreign embassies and consulates required by the business.
• Acting as the first point of contact for senior management with regards to government relations.
• Conducting negotiations to resolve disagreements and misunderstandings to successfully resolve conflictsto satisfy both parties.
• Imparted employee concerns and gave feedback and constructive remedies to team members during monthly team meetings.
