 As a MEP Manager responsible for Electrical, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, HVAC, LPG and Low Current Systems. . .  Managing & planning to complete works as per the baseline program and Contract Specification.  Review Shop drawings, Builders Works, Samples and Material submittals for service Coordination and to get approval from consultant.  Installation & Testing Commissioning of LV Switchgear, HVAC and other Equipment's.  Method Statement, Check list, Work Program, Testing & Commissioning Program and Reports preparation and review prior to get consultant approval.  Produce Equipment's and Builders work schedule for all MEP equipment's detailing Constructions and Maintenance of equipment's.  Coordination with civil and sub-contractor to complete our scope of work as per the work program.  Liase with local authorities (Dewa, DM, Dcd, Etisalat, Du, Empower and DPS) to get approval for all services related to MEP.  Coordination with procurement department to acquire materials on time as per work program.  Ensuring that MEP site instruction and NCR's are closed.  Preparation of MEP Coordination drawings, Billing, Variations and work programs as per the consultant Specifications Compliance and contracts.  Monitoring all installations are done as per the compliance and specification of consultant.  Monitoring all installation are done as per the local authority's regulation like DM, Dewa, DCD, Etisalat, DPS and HSE Policies.
