• Responsible for ensuring overall Food hygiene activities in the food production areas and to ensure all Customer complaints are investigated thoroughly to avoid the re occurrence and report periodically with an action plan for implementation.

 • Assist in conducting and consolidating food safety studies, information research and Comparative legislation studies on food standards, food additives etc. in food premises within Al Barakah Group. • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws (ADFCA) / International standards in food safety. • Report status of corrective and preventive actions and provide daily, weekly and monthly activity reports Hygiene Manager. • Effective implementation of FSMS throughout the company with proper documentation. • Monitor and check the personal hygiene & working habits of staff. • Manage and maintain an effective pest control system, periodic Water tank cleaning, Kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, and equipment Calibration, Grease trap cleaning and monthly preventive maintenance. • Performing microbiological analysis of raw and cooked foods, potable water in our in-house microbiological laboratory and co-ordinate with external source. • Aid in the preparation of training workshop aiming to enhance food safety awareness in the branches
