Mohamed Shahzad

My name is Mohamed Shahzad. I am a HSE Professional who have both education and experience in HSE field. 

I hold bachelors degree in safety and fire, along with NEBOSH IGC, IDIP, OSHAD OHS and ISO 45001 as well.

I have 2+ years of experience in various industries like marine, rig construction, cable laying. Acted as a team leader for the HSE team in the current organization as well.

·         Worked as HSE Engineer and a team leader of HSE including 5 HSE Professionals with Abu Dhabi Ports in design and construction of Al-Fiyay Marine facility, where achieved 450000+ Safe Man-Hours without any LTI/FAI.

·         Working as HSE Engineer in construction of well pads for rig (AD-128) under INPEX/JODCO, where achieved certificate of excellence from JODCO/INPEX for the safe completion of well pad 

·         Competent in improving the standards of workplace by preparing and implementing the EHS Policies, specifically, HSE Plans, safety method of statement and Job Safety Analysis

·         Achieved zero FAI throughout my career

·         Competent in conducting safety training to the employees in both English and Hindi

·         Efficient team player, motivator to the team members with decisive capability
