 As a school IT Teacher, I was responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the network infrastructure. I also helped the school staff with various hardware and software issues and taught them how to use the online software provided by the Ministry of Education (SIS). Additionally, I was chosen by the MOE to be a trainer for other IT teachers and vice principals in the city of Sharjah, and I delivered training sessions on different software applications (MS-office, App Inventor, etc.). I also lecture on IT topics required by the MOE curriculum.

Designed and developed a software package (Department Budget System) to control man-hours and spare parts spent on maintenance. ● Planned daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly Preventive Maintenance schedule for the cars and ground support equipment using computerized system. ● Supervise in the daily stores’ activities (stocks, materials requests, issues of materials, maintain stock level, and advise in the local market purchasing). ● Assigned on a task of a Customer Relation Officer to organize a major meeting for outside buyers (other aircraft and Airport Line-maintenance managers) and received recommendations and complimentary certificates

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and have completed numerous certifications, including Data Science, ISO 9000 Auditor Training, CCNA, and MSCE.
