Job Responsibilities:
 To Prepare, customize, and implement HSE Policy.
 Ensure that a standard of HSE system at the site is complying with the Abu Dhabi (COPs) codes
of construction for safety.
 Conducted inspection with the project's consultant (F3) safety representative and timely close all
safety observations and NCRs raised by the consultant.
 Assist management for Implementation of the company’s OHSMS to site
 Carry out site mock drills and emergency evacuation drills.
 Issue site instructions and NCRs and review corrective action implementation.
 Expertise in internal safety audits & safety inspection.
 Maintaining Inspection tags for fire extinguishers, electrical DB’s, power tools, FBH anchoring belt
 , and hand tools.
 Prepare solutions of Consultant observations and comments.
 Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support Health,
Safety and Environmental management.
 Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation i.e. Risk Assessment, HSE plan, Lifting plan, Emergency
response, Mobilization, and Evacuation plan.
 Conducting Safety Induction, HSE pre-start briefing, Tool Box Talk, Internal Training for all workers at the site.
 Monitoring of Lockout, Tag-out system.
 Implementation of PTW system and the inspection of all equipment.
 Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
 To establish & monitor HSE key performance indicators (KPI) on a weekly/monthly basis. Getting HSE
statistics from all the sites, compiling, analyzing the trends, and distributing to Client, PMC & within the
Company.

Bachelor's Degree in Arts (MOFA Attested).
 Diploma in (Industrial Safety Management).
 NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health –IGC (International General
Certificate).
 IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
