DUTIES:-

• Responsible for maintenance of all windows servers in a domain environment.
• Installation and Configuration of IBM System x3650 M4, IBM System x3250 M2, M3, HP DL380 G9, G10 Servers and Dell R420 Servers.
• Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment using Hyper-V/ VMWare.
• Windows Server Backup configuration and move Backups into QNAP Storage.
• Implement Group policy for windows update Service to push update directly to client Computers and Servers.
• Windows Server Update Service installation and configuration.
• Implement Group policy to prevent RDP access.
• Implement Group policy to prevent USB, CD Drive & External Removal Storage. 
• Taking care of Antivirus Issues of Symantec, Cloud Malwarebytes and Cloud Sophos.
• Handling many remote locations for all kind of IT and documentation related tasks.
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware release.
• Configuration and installation of Switches, Routers, Firewalls etc. 
• Handling office 365 Server and mailboxes.
• Troubleshooting all hardware issues concerned with the client computers, Servers and hardware devices.
• Implementation, Configuration and administration of LAN and WAN environment.
• Configuration and managing of Outlook Mails, Backup & Restoration, Office 365, and exchange server.
• Configuration of all types of Printers, Scanners and Photocopier.
• Setting up and configuring TCP/IP Network.
• Maintaining the inventory of IT Products. 
• Monitoring and basic troubleshooting in DVR’s and CCTV.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Management for Hardware/Network Equipment Procurement.
• Config & troubleshooting of IP Phone, Analog Phone, PABX SYSTEM.
• Escalate IT Issues to the IT Manager where necessary.
