- Develop and implement long-term agreements (LTAs) to secure supply continuity, reduce procurement complexity, and minimize administrative overhead—consolidating non-strategic items under LTAs to reduce PO volume by 30%.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and onboard new suppliers for critical and strategic materials, enhancing supply chain resilience and reducing dependency on single sources.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization, ensuring compliance with HSE, legal, and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management Teams to interpret scope requirements, forecast material needs, and ensure timely delivery of project items.
- Oversee procurement operations across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to global procurement policies, delegated authority matrices (DAM), and KPIs.
- Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations, recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve delivery performance.
- Promote sustainable procurement practices by identifying low-carbon suppliers and minimizing environmental impact across the supply chain.
