Manage IT Infrastructure all Servers and Systems on VMware Environment, Scheduling Backup on Commvault v11 for VMWare clients VMs, File Servers & SQL Server, Manage Dell EqualLogic Storage PS6210, Creating Volumes and assigning to Physical Servers, Manage AD (Active Directory) on Windows Server 2019 – User creation, Assign permissions on shared folders, Creation GPO on Windows Server 2019 to Apply Security Settings, Deploy Software, Windows patches, and other updates.

  • Worked on SCCM 2012 for patch management. 
  • Worked on HP/Compaq branded Servers like DL380, ML350, ML370, BL Series (Rack & Tower).
  • Worked on Dell branded Servers like M640 & M630
  • Worked on Hardware Raid 1 & 5 on Branded Servers.
  • Working experience on NAS Boxes of HP & Storage Tech.
  • Working on Office365 (User Creation, Assign Permission & Apps, Configured One Drive for shares Documents).
  • Working on ManageEngine AD Audit Plus (Real-time change notification, Window logon monitoring, File change monitoring, Privileged user monitoring).
  • Installation & Configuration of Terminals Servers, DHCP, WINS, IIS Services
  • Installation & Configuration of Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 and configured third party POP3 connector for downloading mails.
  • Creating Users, Groups and assigning permissions and privileges.
  • Worked on Backup Software Symantec Backup Exec using DLT Tape Drives. Worked on Commvault Backup using DLT Tape Drive and Disks.
  • Deploying Kaspersky Anti-Virus over corporate network with managed clients.
  • Worked on Switches, Routers of different vendors like Cisco, HP, D-Link.
  • Well acquainted with Physical media CAT5, CAT6 and networking accessories. Expertise in Trouble shooting of Hardware, Software and Networking problems.
