I have worked with the largest steel factory in Sudan Tolan project for manufacturing and assembly of electrical and metal works company; I worked as a steel structural designer engineer. Through this period, I became an expert user not only of design programs such as STAADPRO, SAP15 structure analysis and design, Master EC3 steel connection 2015, PLS tower, PLS pole, AUTO CAD, Good knowledge of Tekla structure, but also the wide verity of design codes and standers such as AISC, ACI, ASCE, API, TIA/EIA-222, AWS, AASHTO, CHBDC, and BS. And some of the projects for which I was responsible for analysis, design, follow up process fabrication and erection such Portal frames, Trusses, High mast poles, communication lattice towers, and Steel Corrugated and Mezzanine floors.

Perform structural calculation, modeling analysis and design for different steel structure systems include
high mast stadium pole, lighting monopole, lattice communication tower, roof top Trusses, portal frame
canopy, pedestrian bridge, steel grating, overhead steel tank support and mezzanine steel structure.
-Developing processes methods and process controls for new products and supervising
their assembly.
-Steel structures analysis and design according to international codes &standard AISC, ACI, ASCE, API
TIA/EIA-222, AWS, AASHTO, CHBDC, ILE and BS codes.
-Provide document of the manufacturing methods.
-Prepare contract drawing and specification.
- Verification and approval of fabrication shop drawing and erection procedures.
-Preparation of structural concept and design report.
- Assessing structural load of new and existing different steel structure.
- Providing support for all technical issues.
