Hello, my name is Mohammed Hussain Shariff and I'm from Bangalore, India. I have a postgraduate degree in construction technology and I work as a project engineer at Studio Amaavi, a leading architectural firm. I enjoy working in a team and I always strive to demonstrate my skills and learn new things. I also like to share my knowledge and experience with others. I'm very sincere and focused on my work and I never give up on my goals. I'm a fast thinker and I work smartly and efficiently. In my spare time, I like to play indoor and outdoor games and travel to different places. I also love to try different halal foods and cuisines. I come from a small and loving family. I'm the only son of my parents and I have two younger sisters. I'm also happily married and have a wonderful spouse.

As a site engineer and project engineer with 6+ years of experience in construction and interiors, I have successfully led and managed many turnkey projects from inception to completion. I have demonstrated skillsin planning, resource management, estimation, and team co-ordination. I have delivered construction and interior projects on time and within budget, with a keen eye for detail and effective problem-solving. Jan 2020 - till date STUDIO AMAAVI LLP | Bangalore India • Leading and managing the construction and interior design of various projects, including G+3 residential buildings, restaurants and offices, delivering quality work on time and within budget while supervising the work throughout. • Planned and scheduled assigned projects, procured materials from stakeholders, prepared BOQ and BOM using material management system, estimated cost & timelines, and supervised the work progress and quality. • Validated drawings, provided technical guidance, managed vendors, negotiated prices and ensured quality and safety standards. • Shared knowledge with team members, co-ordinated with design team, clients and balance their requirements and expectations with the project outline and goals.
