Logistic Officer (Warehouse in Charge)

I had worked as logistic officer (Warehouse in charge) in Specon Group for last 12 years from 2010 onwards. I was in charge of main store, responsible for the movement and storage of all materials and machines. I had done inventory management procedure as per the requirements for accrediting ISO standard related to main store. I am expert in ERP programme (Horizon and e-promise) for the inventory management.

I had completed MBA (HR /Marketing) and Degree in Bachelor of Computer Application.

• Monitor daily store functions such as receiving, storing & issuing of inventory items includes materials, machines and tools.
• Responsible for asset movement and material movement from main store to different sites of company.
• In charge of all Store staff, including assigning duty roasters, training & development, resolving staff issues etc.
• Good knowledge of Inventory management and expertise in usage of inventory management software ERP along with Microsoft office.
• Responsible for handling of cash related to the Store.
• Must coordinate with site stores handle any specific needs addressed by the management.
• Update and maintain all necessary documents with confidentiality.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, and space management.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
