QA/QC Management:
 Conducting meeting regarding site quality issues and improving quality standards as per QMS (9001) requirements.
 Review the Material technical Data sheet.
 Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement, Quality Control
Procedure and Inspection & Test Plan.
 Submit inspection request for engineers Inspection.
 Prepares weekly and monthly Quality reports.
 Preparation of Method statement (MSRA), Inspection Test Plan (ITP) as per project specification and municipality
requirement.
 Follow up the approval or comments of the engineer and take action.
 Preparing the corrective and preventive actions for the Non-conformance Report (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR)
as per the Quality Procedures, Method statement of various activities/ITP/Checklist. Major Projects Handled:
