• Assisting the cargo at the airport and Responsible for marking &
labeling on packages.
• Segregating by both gross weight and volume weight.
• Filing the documents properly and entering in the job book.
• Checking the status of the shipment and informing the customer.
• Attending telephones enquires, offering best rates discussing with
the sales department.
• Assisting for preparing export and Import documentation
• Follow up an inquiry with customers.
• Checking the status of Shipment
• Filing the export-import documents and send to the clearance
agents
