In this role, I have led the resolution of escalated security incidents and driven efforts to enhance network performance and reliability. My expertise spans Prisma Access, Strata Firewalls, SASE architecture, and Zero Trust Security Models, with in-depth knowledge of IPSec/SSL VPN deployments. These capabilities have enabled me to implement advanced security configurations that ensure compliance and operational efficiency for enterprise clients.
