Supervising and Managing the hard
services for tasameem camp facility
consisting of 35+buildings of G+2 structure. 1)
Maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing,
replacement, and management of camp
accommodation service such as mechanical
electrical, plumbing, carpenter, masonry , fire
prevention activities. According to amc
contract.
2) Snagging, renovation, rectification,
preoccupy Mep services for the new or existing
facility.
3) Providing ppm reports, damaged equipment
service reports, before and after work
completion reports, quality and accessibility
service reports based on plans & specifications
of the subcontractors work, monthly summary
reports, Mep work estimation reports.
4) Responding to Engg's call for work, ppm and
reactive issues, call centre complaints as well
as tenants complaints according to amc
contract.
5) Supervising maintenance staff with
respective to duty timings, work progress
safety, emergency complaints.
Coordinating with client and subcontractors to
assure accessibility of work based on plans
and specifications.
6) keep record of inventories and proper
utilisation of materials and requesting for the Site purpose
