• Daily inspection on all equipment for proper oil level, fuel level, Coolant level and also rotating parts for any wear and tear.
• Cleaned, lubricated and caliberated machinery components to maintain operating performances.
• Attended all safety meetings to learn important safety information and prevent injuries.
• Maintain fuel consumption of Engines and making reports.
• Assembling and commisioning of mechanical equipments as per Manuals and Drawings.
• Design of Hydraulic lines and maintenance of all kinds of hydraulic equipments.
• Assist and attended all training classes conducted by Cheif mechanic and Electrician.
• Assisting Rig movement by supporting dismantling procedure of high pressure lines and equipments.
• Troubleshoot, Overhaul and Maintain PMS as per Manuals and SAP system.
• Making request for new materials and spare parts of equipments in SAP system.
• Service and maintenance of Caterpillar 3512C series, Ingersollrand and Atlas copco compressors, Topdrive 11SA and roughnecks. Pneumatic and hydraulic equipments, Mudpumps, Agitators.Service and maintenance of Koomey, Draw works and Rotary Table.
