Collaborate in various aspects of project coordination, encompassing activity tracking
and proactive problem-solving to overcome challenges
• Logistics Management
• Handling international shipments Import & Export
• Handling CIPL Custom Documents and custom clearance and maintain records
• Drafting Quotations, LPO, SOA & Support on local purchases
• Arranging 3rd party inspection, NDT test load test (as per API Q1)
• Applying for certificate of origin, applying for Local gate pass and other FZE gate passes.
• Coordinating with Client/Clearing agent for clearance of shipment
• Sourcing freight rates from various shipping lines and agents for Imports and Exports
from various parts of the world
• Allocating resources where necessary and tracking the cargo movement from collection
of cargo till delivery to customers
• Releasing engineering drawing, revision & Obsolete drawings with Bar code tractability
• Ensure all documents and third-party inspection reports, COC’S etc, are saved in 
theappropriate system/location for traceability
• Coordinate with the Maintenance dept. and updating the register
• Updating the calibration certificates for all available instruments
