coordinate, plan and direct Oracle Team to deliver their services and associated projects and tasks.
- Provide supervision on the implementation of the ERP and application systems.
- Facilitate communication between users, consultant teams, and management teams effectively and in a timely manner.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules. Keep Maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications when required.
- Interact with business representatives to gather requirements, prioritize work, develop enhancements to the existing system, coordinate testing, and perform change management/training for Reporting and applications.
- Work directly with the business and IT team to prioritize, design, plan, manage, and deliver reporting and solutions.
- Understand standard ERP content to satisfy Business requirements, and enhance/customize where necessary.
- Collaborated with key users to develop "as-is" & "to-be" process instructions and flow.
- Create End User Training Plan to train end-users.
- Delivering training, demonstrating concepts, achievements.
- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Review and analyze existing applications efficiency, and then develop strategies to improve these systems if required.
