I have over 16 years project experience in UAE in developing, implementing and maintaining the CAD strategy and processes for many major MEP projects related to Hospitality, Residential Towers, Office Towers, Retail, Mall etc. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of HVAC systems, inclusive of air distribution, air conditioning and thermal load calculations, selection of equipment and air outlets, fan static and pump head calculations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the preparation and submission of MEP Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings.
• Providing information for Slab/Wall opening with coordination for all other relevant services.
• Reviewing all MEP drawings prior to submission for technical accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating with Architecture, Structure, and other trades to ensure the correctness of MEP drawing submissions.
• Detecting any design issue and communicate the same to Project Manager & Engineering Manager.
• Recording any changes in design and report the same to Project Manager & Engineering Manager.
• Coordinating with Project Engineers, Engineering Manager and on technical issues, training and other CAD system issues.
• Ensuring all related monitoring documents are kept updated and record correct revision.
• Providing guidance and direction to CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.
• Managing CAD hardware and software systems for the design team.
