This mega project Consist of 12 buildings, including hotels, residential buildings, gallerias, retail and commercial buildings with the total cost of construction amounting to approximately 2.6 billion Qatari Riyals.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Finishing Manager of five buildings including Accor Hotel ( Four towers - 7, 11, 16 & 20 floors, 230 guest rooms/suites, 4 podium floors, Four basements, swimming pool, sky lounge and or related facade, landscape, plant room and roofs required finishing works.

And all the finishing activities for the three commercial buildings, one of them is Qatar National Bank (QNB) along with this is the subway going to Souq Waqif area.

The Project value exceeds to 500 Million Q.R. and consist of 256 turnkey residential luxury villas located in Al Waab City.

-        EGYPT (From 1st of Nov. 2012 till last of 2014).

Project Manager for Alexandria Hilton Hotel.

-        The project is converting Maritime Jolie Ville to Hilton.

-        The renovation including 10 guest floors with 160 rooms with four royal suites ,6 podium floors including all conference rooms , ballrooms , kitchens , restaurants , casino , swimming pool and offices.

-        The renovation including the main plant and all required MEP work.

-        The process including the fire life safety requirements as per Hilton standard.

-        All the specs as per Hilton product improvement plan (PIP).

-        Duties / Responsibilities:  -I was Responsible for Monitor and Control the Overall Construction Process.

PROJECT MANAGER FOR LE-LIDO CLUB IN CITY VIEW RESORT.

•Work as a project manager for a high finishing healthy club 15000 m2. •including four buildings each 5 floors with final cost 26 m E. P.

 - Duties / Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall construction process from reviewing design drawing up to handing over the project including all Arch, and MEP work for the following:

-Monitor and give a hand to site engineers and clarify Scope, Quality criteria and Safety measurements for all stakeholders (Main building --club house--with large lobby and lounge / Famous library branch / Restaurant / Jim / Spa including treatments rooms and men, women's changing, relaxations, sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzi and, high level reception. and holding areas / Nursery / Lockers / Coiffeur / Administration building / Basement including hard kitchen, storage areas, five air handling units, four chillers         , and sum bits rooms / 2 Swimming pools / large Land escaping)

* Work as a project engineer for high rise building in (Palm Jumeira) Dubai with  very well finishing requirements (120 million AED) including all facilities. - Duties / Responsibilities:

-Supervise, monitor and coordinate all activities with subcontractors, site engineers and consultants - check quality performance for all partners and the progress in site to keep project in scheduled time and with required budget - Daily, weekly and monthly progress report or the construction manager and attend weekly meetings with consultants, contractors for review progress, submittals and invoices.

Saudia Arabia (From August 2003 Till March 2007).

-Prince Abd El- Me geed rest house on area (75000 m2) at the extremely north of Jeddah (Abhor) including all necessary luxurious finishing works for execution (6 private villas, 4 huge sessions, Guests “Women and men” buildings and prince’s followers with very large landscaping area).

-Many projects with Ministry of Transportation and Principalities including maintenance for some principalities headquarters and all sidewalk specifications, asphalt work, squares, renovations for main coast road, landscaping and decrease water table.

-Share in execution for huge trade center with high internal and external finishing work, services, utilities and large parking area.

-Execution for reinforcement concrete open channel and its culverts including earth work and natural stone work for 5000 L.M.

- EGYPT (From Aug 1998 Till Aug 2003). •Work at Lotus Construction Company:

1- CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGER FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS.

-            Arab Academy girl’s hotel consists of 6 residential floors and its extension, sport club, restaurant, entrance with excellent finishing.

-            Lotus residence - trading building at Smouha consists of 4 administrative floors and 12 residence floors with luxurious finishing requirements & famous consultant offices for internal finishing and architecture work.

-            Lotus Head office at same building with a lot of decorations and accuracy conditions. 2- SENIOR SITE ENGINEER.

-            Steel structure project in Borg El-Arab zone about (50000 m2) Kirby supply and design and Belgium consultant office.

-            Also at Borg El-Arab industrial Area, I carried out a complete execution for an oil factory including St. Str. Work, management building with high finishing requirements & services and roads.

-            Different projects inside international garden in Alexandria (main gate building, club house, internal hotels, jets, landscaping).

-            EGYPT (From July 1996 till Aug 1998) .Work at Holiday Beach Resort in El Ain El Sokhnaa.
