1- SCILLA INTERIORC LLC - DUBAI-UAE (FIT OUT CONTRACTOR) SENIOR ESTIMATOR & PRODUCTION MANAGER - METAL DIVISION - (JAN 2023-PRESENT) ▪ Handling pre- and post contract work, reviewing and interpreting structure ,architectural & engineering drawings & blueprints, including contract terms and conditions,preparing BOQs/quantity take off/ Project cost & variations for metal Structural,F & B,FF & E & Bespoke metal furniture & Fitout work. ▪ Carrying out site visits, compiling prelims, and pricing the works accordingly. ▪ Communicating with clients, consultants, suppliers, & subcontractors to discuss and formulate estimates, value engineering and alternatives, cost reductions, and resolve issues/tender clarifications. ▪ Utilized industry-standard software and tools to calculate material quantities, labor costs, and project timelines, resulting in highly precise bids and proposals. ▪ Sending RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors for outsourced work (joinery & marble work), negotiating, and managing supplier contracts. ▪ Reviewing the subcontractor prequalification process and ensuring that invited subcontractors have the proper experience, resources, and financial capabilities to complete the project. ▪ Building business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. ▪ Participate in project meetings to provide input and support to the design and construction teams. ▪ Collaborating with the project management team to develop project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations based on the estimated costs. ▪ Maintaining digital project folders & files for construction and shop drawings, material specifications, addenda, ASI & RFI. ▪ Upon receiving a contract from the client, prepare a hand sketch of metal detailing & fixing details from construction drawings & 3d renders, & provide it to the design department for preparation of a shop drawing. ▪ Conducting site visits for ongoing work to provide input and technical support to the site to resolve site related issues. ▪ Lead a team of skilled production workers, overseeing metal department operations,monitoring site progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
