I organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure the availability of products and report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management.

Accountabilities:

-I was assigned in covering Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Western Region, handling over 100 plus stores in different locations.
-We look beyond the sales pitch to offer new and meaningful value to our customers.
-We are responsible for the sales and merchandising of all Mars items in our designated assigned stores.
-Maintaining the good image of our company to our clients.
-We have to develop and maintain good business relations wi our clients.
-We have to ensure that our clients will receive the best and excellent customer service.
-Attending monthly training, meetings, and skill-developing enhancers.
-Make sure to exceed the monthly target given by our Line Manager.
-Ensuring that zero complaints from our clients.
