Develop and update finance management policies; provide ad-hoc 

      reports, analyze and interpret various information, manage the team.

-     P/L report preparation, budget, audit process with Big 4 auditing firm, VAT 

      reporting, Economic Survey, Customs. 

-    Open, maintain and close bank accounts.

-    Supervise maintenance of accounting records on cash and accrual 

      accounting basis, arrange primary documents collection and storage for 

      accounting purposes.

-    Supervise daily operational expenses, payroll etc; ensure ongoing 

      compliance with budget-fact report and cash flow management, supervise

      bank day closure procedures in ERP software.

-    Research and manage various business projects of the Company.

-    Communicate with internal and external parties on various finance 

     management related issues.
