Participate in salary benchmarking surveys.

Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization's employees

Responsible for the Medical and Life Insurance Scheme (Bench-marking, analysis, recommendations, best practices)

Payroll Manager (SAP HRIS and Benefits Lead KSA)

SIG Combibloc Middle East Africa and Obeikan Investment Group Saudi Arabia (May 2016 to Jan 2020) Reporting to Group CHRO OIG and to GM HR MEA SIG Combibloc

Manage the payroll for 22 Business units across Obeikan group through Oracle and for SIG Combibloc through SAP HR for 3000 employees.

HRIS for SAP HCM for SIG Combibloc and Oracle HRMS for Obeikan Group.

Costing and Budgeting preparation for group and update in TM1.

Member of TDC committee where my role is to highlight the actual spending’s versus budget and to give suggestion for reduction of cost.

Key member of RPA team, robot processing automation.

Finalize increment and Bonus calculations and update in system accordingly.
Supervise the accurate and timely payment of all staff salaries and expenses, making the appropriate statutory deductions.

HR Payroll Specialist SAP

SIG Combibloc MEA- KSA (Jun 2013 to Apr 2016)

Accountable for monthly Payroll process by cross checking the payroll reports with the actual changes in remuneration through wage type reporter and ad hoc queries in SAP.
Generate Payroll Comparison Report to review accuracy of the salary changes and submit to HR Director for approval, as per ISO requirements
Responsible for the monthly Payroll Run through SAP for almost 500+ Employees and parallel running in Oracle EBS due to WPS requirement.
Responsible in maintaining and updating HRIS (SAP - Payroll) modules parallel maintenance in Core HR, SSHR and Payroll modules in Oracle EBS.
Successfully implemented the pay scales levels in company and worked with Hays group.
Time Management through SAP and OTL, modification of work schedule rules and updating in SAP. Authorized person to contact with SAP Consultants in Germany in terms for changes, configurations and other functional implementations, like wage type creations etc., their testing and releasing the order in live server from Quality.

Responsible for the monthly payroll processing through SAP/HR System for almost 400 employees within UAE.

Responsible for Monthly reporting and ad hoc reports required by management and Finance.

Processes end of service payments, compensation payments, annual bonus, etc.

Quality check on monthly payroll data input and output Support for different reporting facilities available as part of the payroll Work with Recruitment & Employee Relations sections on new-hire and termination actions.

Configuration of Personnel number, upload the data of OT & Premium Allowances in SAP.

Worked on SPRO configurations in SAP HCM Module and creation of new PS Groups & Levels in SAP.

K Electric Pakistan (Nov 2003 to Jul 2008)

Payroll processing for Karachi Electric Supply Corporation 18000 Employee’s through SAP.

Creation of wage types in SAP HR through SPRO and its integration with SAP FICO.

Time management of 52 business units across Karachi.

Recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, calculating payrolls, as well as adjusting changes in payroll.

GL account mapping of SAP HR module with FICO and ensure accuracy of posting.
