HR Coordinator, Tristar Engineering & Construction L.L.C, Abu Dhabi, UAE 

  • Handling all online transactions of Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation through online (TAS-HEEL System). Typing new employees' contracts, renewal of the contracts, cancellation of the contracts etc.
  • Handling all online immigration transactions through the (GDRFA & ICP) online portals both Abu Dhabi and Dubai Immigration.
  • Managing all day-to-day HR administration, including Covid, employee, sickness and absence records, alongside collating various reports for managers on headcount, turnover of staff, holidays etc.
  • Supporting in the recruitment process, including processing applications, scheduling interviews and issuing contracts
  • Managed monthly HR reporting process using E Promis.
  • Kept abreast of UAE employment law, particularly new changes.
  • Coordinated staff training and seminars when introducing new policies, procedures, regulations and company updates.
  • Attended interviews with HR managers and candidates to take notes and ask job-specific questions.
  • Maintained data cleanse changes within HR system.
  • Provided ongoing support and assistance to employees with concerns, including complaints, company queries, operation changes and other HR matters as required.
  • Assisted HR Managers in evaluating development activities required within the company, making suggestions based on feedback and operation observations.
  • Coordinated new staff inductions and exit interviews.
  • Coordinated and scheduled meetings, interviews, HR events on behalf of HR manager.
  • To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to, visit visa, employment or residence visa, car registration, trade license, labor permits and contracts, export license, economic license, foreign licenses, telecommunications and water / electrical licenses are in line with governmental expectations and timeframes. Ensure all documentation required is accurate and complete
  • To proactively manage the timely renewal of employment visas and labour permits
  • Processing all online procedures for governmental websites.
  • Managing the visa checklist as and when the rules on visa/labour change and provide guidance to the People team and colleagues accordingly all Emirates of the UAE including Dubai.
  • Submit detailed reports to the HR Manager and Finance Department related to visa expenses.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Arabic and English
  • Strong background of UAE Labour Law.
  • Proficient typing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Coordinate with PRO team for employment process for timely issuance of Visa.
