Over the years, I have gained knowledge and skills to become an expert HSE professional who can communicate at all levels of a multicultural organization. I can run Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System and steer the continual improvement process.

My advanced writing skills and interest in understanding the organization’s other core functions allowed me to participate in various process improvement programs. After crossing the mark to handle Quality Management System (QMS) independently, I have started learning business excellence.

I have launched various initiatives to promote a safety culture and enhance HSE compliance at the worksites in my career. I have recently started to adopt the storytelling technique for training and looking forward to coaching the leaders on its application as an effective communication tool.

I perform my work with integrity and due diligence. Forming a structured workflow and delegating tasks to my crew helps my spare time and energy invested in my ventures.
