SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

POST CONTRACT

• Measurement.
• Preparation & submission of IPA to the Engineer.
• Preparation, submission, negotiation & finalization of Variation/Claim.
• Discussion and resolving over the Disputed/Rejected Variation Claim (based on the drawing, specification& RFIs).
• Participates in periodic meetings with the Clients, Consultants and Sub contractors.
• Preparation and submission of Final Account to the Engineer
• Preparation and Forecasting of Cash Flow.
• Preparation and Forecasting financial Report of the Project
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Commercial Report
• Responsible for cost control during the construction period.
• Verification and certification of sub-contractor's monthly Payment Applications and to issue payment certificate. Preparation of Final account (Subcontractors/Suppliers/Vendors)
• Review and assess Sub-contractors’ Variation claims including forensic analysis of subcontractors’ rates for new items.
• Drafting a letter to Subcontractors/Suppliers in relation to their working activities on site.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC Form of Contracts and management of key Contract Clauses.

                 PRE- CONTRACT

• Preparation of Tender Documents including BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, Scope of Works, Programs, General Condition of Contract and all other required documents.
• Take off Quantities and preparing of BOQ for Tendering.
• Study the Tender Priced Documents, short-listing of Subcontractors/Suppliers/Traders and preparation of BID TABS of the Tender Prices for Senior Managements’ Approval.
• Monitoring estimations, submitting tenders, negotiating terms and conditions for the contract award, finalizing BOQ, planning cash flow and material flow and budget allocation for the projects.
• To discuss and obtain Tender Clarification from Subcontractors/Suppliers/Traders.
• Preparation of Agreement for Subcontractor/Supplier/Trader
• Deep knowledge of Procurement Roots
• Deep knowledge of Type of Contract
• Methodology of Change Control Management, Value Engineering and Provisional Sum.
