• Facilitated weekly design review meetings with Owner (YTL Power Seraya) and OE (Jacobs), aligning deliverables with project milestones, ensured on-time submission of design packages.  
• Secured regulatory approvals from PCS, NEA and EEOA in close coordination with WSP enabled timely clearances for downstream design, manufacturing and construction activities.  
• Led HAZOP and SIL workshops to identify and mitigate operational risks; embedded recommendations into design to strengthen process safety.  
• Monitored deliverables from S&L and L&T-S&L, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. 
• Reviewed mechanical documents for contract compliance, scope accuracy and cost impacts; prevented scope creep and potential claims through early issue resolution.
